COST VALUE ASSESSMENT
We challenge your agencies to find the best solutions for the highest quality at the best cost. That extra $ could come in handy for your digital needs, overtime to get the right shot, another shoot day, or more choices.
Sometimes it’s smarter when you own the relationship, not your agency, especially if you work with multiple agency disciplines, for example: traditional, direct, digital, PR, media and diversity.
We publish best practices and cost savings guidelines to “bake in” cost savings on every project.
CORPORATE PRODUCTION GUIDELINES
We provide cost-saving strategies early enough in the process to make it happen. Strategies include offshore, tax rebates, consolidations and

Freelance Executive Producer
We are considered THE EXPERTS on tax incentives
Tax Incentives programs are on the rise in the commercial production industry after the film industry carved a successful path. States that have a need to increase state income and offer local employment are offering these incentives. The process varies greatly from state to state and therefore needs specialized management working between Advertiser, Advertising Agency and the Production Company. Net savings in some states are 15-20% of total production budget. Because of increasing competition between states it is now possible to get returns on talent (including residuals), celebrity fees, and agency compensation.
Landgraf Consulting Group maximizes the opportunities and the returns from tax incentive/rebate services on behalf of advertisers. We manage and identify potential tax return opportunities without compromising quality or the creative. LCG works with advertising agencies and production companies to provide an estimate of potential and expected savings, suggest locations and related production pros and cons. We manage the entire process of filing and accounting, working with tax incentive experts, state auditors, and all parties involved in the process of tax credits or rebates.

"Big Savings from State Commercial Production Incentives."
Commercial or Not a Commercial?
The 2013 SAG-AFTRA contract has several historic changes, particularly in the areas of digital production. In today’s industry, what was once considered content may now be considered a commercial. Not understanding the nuances of the new contract exposes the marketer to enormous liability.
LCG knows how to navigate the complexity of the new contracts.
Creative Asset Management
A creative asset management solution (CAM) gives you the ability to gather, secure and share valuable creative assets. This includes items such as final production, versions, b-roll, pre-media files, print ads, on-line ads and the documents that are related to those assets.
This repository is just the core of the solution. From this same platform you can distribute the final approved creative to broadcast, print and on-line outlets, facilitate the versioning/adaptation process, manage the rights and royalties surrounding each asset and track and report the utilization and approval of those assets.
